Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@breedloveusa.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BREEDLOVE cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
